Last Will Remembrance

I have presided at many funeral Masses as your pastor. One of the things I like to do is meet with families and help them plan their loved one's funeral. On many occasions, I hear how the deceased were part of the parish for a good span of their lifetime. Others, while not here as long, have remarked how they found in Immaculate Conception a true spiritual home.

Today, I am writing to gently invite you to consider a special way you can extend your faith and support far into the future. When updating or preparing your last will, many members choose to leave a legacy gift—such as a specific monetary amount, a percentage of their estate, or a specific asset—to the church.

A planned gift helps ensure that Immaculate Conception can continue its vital ministries, maintain our historic building, and serve those in need for generations to come. It is a powerful way to make a lasting statement of Christian stewardship and love for the Lord's work.

Please know there is no pressure or obligation. We want to plant the seed and offer this opportunity for prayerful reflection.
