In Honor or Remembrance

When you attend a funeral, you will notice many floral tributes to the deceased. As someone who appreciates flowers, seeing them beautifully arranged in vases and baskets is a sight to behold. However, they usually all end up in an unflattering heap on top of the grave.
I would ask you to think about having a Mass offered for your loved one. St. Monica famously said, “I care not where you bury me, but remember me at the altar of the Lord.”

Perhaps, when prearranging your funerals, you might consider having Immaculate Conception made the beneficiary of your donations.
Also, please remember the Immaculate Conception in your will. Remembering your parish in your will is a way to ensure your faith continues to impact the community, supporting its mission, ministries, and future generations. This generosity also leaves a legacy that reflects your life's priorities, while potentially offering tax benefits, and providing for the church's ongoing needs beyond regular collections. It is a public expression of your gratitude for Immaculate Conception Parish.
As always, I am grateful for the support of our wonderful parishioners.
